Quick File

Terms of sale

Last updated: 17 October 2026

In short: you preview your converted files free, then pay £2 per conversion to download. Because the download is delivered straight away, all sales are final and we don’t give refunds for change of mind. If a conversion is faulty, email us and we’ll put it right, as the law requires.

1. Who we are

Quick File (quick-file.co) is run by Digi Consulting Firm Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number [COMPANY NUMBER] and registered office at [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]. [VAT NUMBER, IF VAT-REGISTERED.] You can contact us at info@quick-file.co.

2. The service

Quick File converts images to other image formats, combines images into a PDF, and merges PDFs. The conversion runs inside your web browser on your own device. Your files are not uploaded to us or stored by us.

You can see the result of every conversion before you pay.

3. Price and payment

Each conversion costs £2.00, payable once. A conversion is one job: every file you add before pressing Convert counts as a single conversion, whatever the number of files. [The price includes VAT.] There is no subscription and no account.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. The contract between us is formed when your payment is confirmed.

4. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you would normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins, if you agree to this before you pay.

Before payment, we ask you to tick a box confirming that you want your download immediately and that you understand you lose your right to cancel once the download starts. You can’t pay without ticking it.

5. All sales are final

Because your files are delivered immediately and you can preview them first, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, ordering by mistake, or no longer needing the files.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your converted file is faulty, for example it won’t open or is corrupted, email info@quick-file.co with your payment receipt. We will help you get a working file and, where we can’t, refund you as the law requires.

6. Using Quick File

You must only convert files that you own or have permission to use. You must not use Quick File for anything unlawful. Keep your original files: conversion can reduce quality, for example when saving as JPG, and we have no copy of your files.

7. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any conversion is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you use Quick File for business purposes.

We aim to keep Quick File available but can’t promise it will always work without interruption. Some files, such as password-protected or damaged PDFs, may not convert; you’ll see this in the free preview before paying.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms shown when you pay are the ones that apply to that purchase.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue.
